Once your payment is made, the charge will be processed immediately. At first, it may show up as an authorization on your account. Once the payment is fully accepted, the charge will be reflected on your statement.

We provide a wide range of design options to help you personalize your product. You can choose from new designs, make modifications to existing ones, or customize specific design elements. Additionally, if you have your own design, feel free to send it to us, and we will print and ship it exactly as requested.

If you provide an incorrect address, please email us before the shipment is processed, and we will update it for you. However, if the item has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for resending it to your new address. To avoid any issues, please double-check that the correct address is entered when placing your order.

If you receive a faulty item, please send us a picture along with your order number. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or fades after the first wash, we will send you a free replacement. There’s no need to return the item to us – we want to make it right for you as quickly as possible.
