We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a free replacement. However, we typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We are committed to providing you with the best products and will gladly replace your order if:

  • The product is flawed
  • The print quality is poor
  • The product received differs from what was originally displayed on our site

  • A photo of the product received
  • Detail shots highlighting the issue

Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will issue a free replacement.

For other refund requests, please email us at [email protected]. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for a refund to appear.
  • Unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected]. If your claim is approved, we will provide a return address.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver instead.

Shipping

  • If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
  • If returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
